We are Royal Docks Community Church
and we love serving this special part of London
We are a small, welcoming and inclusive congregation - meeting for worship on Sundays with refreshments from 5pm in Britannia Village Hall. Our hour-long service starts at 5.30pm and usually consists of worship, a talk & response time - with time to chat and catch up afterwards. A well organised children's group and creche are available for little ones. We meet at the same time as the local Russian speaking church, and share our children's groups with them. Our church steering team is a group of local, passionate people who want to see Jesus changing lives and transforming this community, led by Minister Helen Fernandes.
During the week, we gather for prayer and fellowship and we work closely with local organisations to put on community activities from under 5s groups to parkruns to foodbanks.

What church means to us..
For us, 'church' describes so much more than our Sunday worship service, the people that attend regularly or the building where we meet. We like to think of our church as having blurry-edges: encompassing all the God-centred work, fun, service and fellowship that happens within our community - whenever, wherever and with whoever is involved with that. You don't have to be a 'member' in order to be considered part of our RDCC family, but for those of us who are, this is what being committed to the church here looks like to us:
